Responsibilities
1. Preparation :
1.1. Review all design documents as received from owner
1.2. Prepare needed survey documents (Layout, Site Request, etc.) according to customer requirements.
1.3. Receive and check consultant reports
2. Construction :
2.1. Follow up subcontractor during construction process.
2.2. Supervise and control the implemented quantities by contractor.
2.3. Doing required Acceptance with Customer per each construction phase before to move to the next phase.
2.4. Follow up “Acceptance Work” and “Extra work” actions with subcontractor upon actual work on date and time.
2.5. Attend all concrete casting works on site to insure compatibility with requirements
2.6. Follow up curing period for all concrete works
2.7. Check and perform civil acceptance for all metallic structure
2.8. Perform verticality test for all towers & monopoles
2.9. Follow up all fiber-optic layout works as requested
3. Reporting:
3.1. Arrange routine reports after each site visit
3.2. Report all reserves to the HOS as detected.
3.3. Follow up the time schedule for all ongoing projects and submit progress reports to HOS
3.4. Submit the actual quantities for all performed works
3.5. To prepare the needed As Built upon request from HOS/ Manager

Qualifications
Education • Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering
Experience 3 years in Civil Construction
Professional Certification AutoCAD – MS project -
