9- Establishes an effective (Can Fix It) program for rooms, public space and F.O.H.-F&B areas.
10- Keeps up to date with the most modern Hotel technologies and submits recommendations to the Hotel Manager concerning optimizing the use of technical facilities in conformity with operating requirements.
11- Reviews all work processes on a regular basis to assure best possible results.
12- Assists in the preparation of the Hotel’s strategic business plan.
13- Carries out all other tasks assigned by the Hotel Manager.
