Responsibilities
1. Safe management: ensures the correct management of the safe, by directly recording information, monitoring cash expenditures and authorizing cash payments;
2. Accountancy management: ensures the correct project accountancy and all accountancy documents filing.
3. Administrative management: in cooperation with the Administrative Assistant and the Procurement Officer, supports the administration, including contracts, goods and service purchase, requests for quotations, in compliance with COOPI and donor procedure.
4. Expenses planning and monitoring: in collaboration with the Project Manager (and the Procurement Officer) conducts the financial planning of the project, monitors expenses, in accordance with the budget, provides the accountancy to the Project Manager, so as to allow him/her to monitor and plan expenditures.
5. Financial reporting: support with the preparation of donor financial reports and project documents
6. Register all expenses in the accountancy system according to COOPI procedures.
7. Perform any other duties as required.


Qualifications
1. Certificate of higher education - master in administration and finance or other related fields
2. Proficient in English (both spoken and written).
3. At least 3 years of experience in a finance position.
4. Previous experience in the INGO sector is desirable.
