1. Coordinate with concerned to collect posts’ requirements that will be published on Social Media channels.
2. Review collected posts that will be published on Syriatel Social Media channels and ensure that all their information are available, accurate and valid.
3. Prepare Social Media plans (monthly, new campaign) including collected posts, schedule and frequencies and handle their implementation.
4. Handle online/live posting of events and activities via Syriatel Social Media channels.
5. Check and channel customers’ problems, complaints and feedback, coordinate with all concerned parties to update invalid information available on Social Media channels.
6. Evaluate Syriatel Social Media channels in terms of (appearance, branding and content), recommend areas of development and enhancement and take the necessary actions.
7. Evaluate new Syriatel Social Media channels requests (Page, Account, Channel, Profile, Event, and Group) and implement their best fitting mechanism.
8. Evaluate the current deals/contracts with Social Media channels, to ensure that Syriatel requirements are fulfilled.
9. Monitor Syriatel Social Media Channels, delete inappropriate comments, ban the users if needed
10. Conduct benchmarking between Syriatel and competitor social media channels in terms of number of fans and prepare comprehensive/statistical reports.
11. Keep up to date to all Social channels policies and ensure applying them on Syriatel Social Media channels.
12. Propose new ways for developments / modernization (features, interaction posts,.. etc.) to enhance Syriatel Social Media channels and keep up to date with the best practices in publishing for the social media trends.
13. Keep records and maintain Social Media channels database/shared library.
14. Update Social Media dictionary
15. Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
16. Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and teamwork.
17. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.
