Responsibilities
1. Prepare salaries offers for new recruits and current employees including promotion, graduation, regrading, salary complaints, salary change cases, calculate amounts, and ensure proper alignment.
2. Check and validate current employees, and accepted applicants qualifications, and Maintain up-to-date system records for employees' assignment details and activate new recruits' payroll entries on timely manner.
3. Align employees' assignments with latest organization chart update on timely manner.
4. Prepare initial salaries studies, bonus lists, and any salary modifications and Provide recommendations to HOS.
5. Prepare and analyze salary survey data in comparison with market and Provide recommendations to HOS.
6. Prepare yearly budget in terms of benefits and historical payroll data to Support end users regarding workforce on the related system.
7. Provide lateral and promotional (vertical and managerial) cases with approved offer details and coordinate with concerned departments regarding transfer dates.
8. Follow up the confirmation of lateral and promotional (vertical and managerial) cases and ensure timely salary modification upon confirmation.
9. Maintain up to date mobile limit per position on system and provide mobile limit study in case of special request related to business need.
10. Answer employees’ inquires and handle received complaints.
11. Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
12. Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and teamwork.
13. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.


Qualifications
1. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Banking & Insurance.
2. Experience: 1 year in relevant experience is required.
3. Professional Certification: N/A
