Responsibilities
- Supervising and following up projects execution according to
division plan and deadlines.
- Communicating with suppliers and coordinating delivery dates.
- Keeping organized ledger of expenses.
- Searching for best offers for required supplies and services
to execute projects within budget.
- Reinforce good working relationships with suppliers and
service providers.
- providing required support to subcontractors, workshops and
technicians.
- Meeting clients and suppliers and answering their questions
and inquiries
- Preparing written and oral reports to Chief Operations Officer
as needed.
- Providing direction and guidance to Operation division members
to achieve division targets.
- Build and maintain strong client's relationship through
regular meetings and communications.
- communicating and dealing with clients effectively in all
methods of communication, face to face, telephone, and/or
correspondence.

- PMP certificates is preferable.
