Responsibilities
1. Fully involve in all stages of the establishment of the community center.
2. Facilitate the implementation of personnel administrative formalities and processing of documents in relation to leaves and movements of staff, teachers and volunteers.
3. Maintain inventory and stocks of supplies. Monitor the asset management to ensure that all admin procurements and disposal of property are done and recorded accurately.
4. Monitor the facilities and equipment of the community center in consultation with the coordinator to ensure proper functioning at all times.
5. Assist the coordinator to monitor and record expenditure/disbursement of funds.
6. Make administrative arrangements for the different activities running through the center or through the mobile teams.
7. Report to and back up the center coordinator.
8. Participate in relevant trainings and attend meetings as required.
9. Perform any other related duties as required.

Qualifications
Bachelor Degree required or at least job specific training or degree in this field
-4 years' administrative experience
-good level in english (speaking and writing )
-Strong computer skills and MS Office proficiency
-Proven ability to take on a variety of different tasks without becoming overwhelmed
-Professional and friendly disposition
-Experience in preparing public bids preferred
