1. Collaborate with Training planner / Talent Management Specialist to map out necessary training courses and content to be created.
2. Coordinate with concerned parties to outline the concept for a course, obtain the needed information and validate courseware content.
3. Design and develop creative and effective training materials and tools by transforming raw content into interactive courseware that meet the developmental needs of Syriatel employees.
4. Create and update training materials content (manuals, audio, video, storyboards, scenarios, online course, presentations) in coordination with concerned parties.
5. Adapt training materials for multiple delivery methodologies, including: onsite (face-to-face) classroom delivery, virtual web conferencing, and online courses.
6. Collaborate with MR-Multimedia Section to produce visual materials that enrich training courses.
7. Design quizzes to ensure that training materials meet the training objectives.
8. Review and analysis E-learning courses evaluations and provide management with recommendations on quarterly basis or when applicable.
9. Research and recommend innovative training tools and technologies to deliver cutting edge design solutions.
10. Prepare the first draft of culture/HCM awareness based on management directions and recommendations.
11. Develop Syriatel E-Learning Site through providing recommendations to add new E-Learnings (Business, Technical and Competency-based courses) in line with the company's competency framework and business needs.
12. Develop Syriatel Knowledge Center through recommending additional books and E-books that are in line with the company's competency framework and business needs.
13. Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
14. Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and team work.
15. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.

1. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/ Education is required.
2. Experience: 2 Year of Training experience are required, preferably in Telecom.
3. Professional Certification: GPHR (Global Professional Human Resources) is a plus.
