Responsibilities
1. Take and fill orders
2. Handle cash, credit or check transactions as per Aura polices and procedures
3. Ensure pricing is correct
4. Collect payments from customers
5. Classify and categorize currency all in the same way
6. Issue receipts, refunds, or staff discount tickets
7. Cash reconciliation for the cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change
8. Pleasantly deal with customers as Aura ambassador to ensure satisfaction and greet them when entering or leaving
9. Maintain accurate records of transactions
10. Answer customers' questions and get a manager if answer doesn't solve the issue
11. Wrap packages for customers
12. Achieve sales goals through product recommendations to customers
13. Maintain clean and tidy
14. Perform any other related duties as may be assigned.

• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
