Responsibilities
 Arranging aftersales appointments and allocating appropriately.
 Management of aftersales teams on a daily basis, to ensure that they are
fully aware of their daily work schedule and that routes are cost efficient in
terms of time and fuel
 Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is
being delivered
 Promoting company service
 Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media
 Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
 Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting
customer information and analyzing customer needs
 Creating advantageous relationships with customers
 Develop, and manage a client base of corporate accounts via meetings,
calls and direct mail.
 Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues.
 Understand and implement quality control standards.


Qualifications
 good in P.R
 At least 4 years of experience in after service
 Very Good in English
 Like to works in a team
 Good communication skills
 Professional appearance is a must
 Leadership and problem solving skills
 Strong computer skills, proficient in MS Office, , with the ability to learn
customized programs quickly
 Excellent communication and presentation skills
 Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
