Responsibilities
Runs the after-sales department efficiently and in a profitable manner, by
managing personnel efficiently and obtaining customer loyalty,
 containing costs, attaining objectives and maintaining all after-sales
department records.
 work and coordinate with the management on after sales service pricing to
ensure the department profitability
 Develop and implement after service plan
 Implement quality control standards
 Ensures that the time of the technicians are available is sold to the
maximum
follows up on orders for spare parts, together with the warehouse
to ensure a readily available supply
 Maintains a top quality repair service
 Ensures that the customer files of the after-sales department are up todate and easily accessible
 Arranging aftersales appointments and allocating appropriately
 Trains, motivates and advises after-sales department employees and
ensures that they are productive
 Builds and maintains smooth relations with the customers, to obtain their
loyalty, and takes note of any potential customers they may recommend
 Management of aftersales teams on a daily basis, to ensure that they are
fully aware of their daily work schedule and that routes are cost efficient in
terms of time and fuel
 ensure that proper customer service is being delivered
 Promoting company service
 Resolve customer complaints
 Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
 Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting
customer information and analyzing customer needs
 Develop, and manage a client base of corporate accounts via meetings,
calls and direct mail.
 Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues.
 Understand and implement quality control standards


Qualifications
 University degree , Engineering is a plus
 leadership skills
 good in P.R
 At least 5 years of experience in after service
 good in English
 Good communication skills
 Leadership and problem-solving skills
 Strong computer skills, proficient in MS Office
 Excellent communication and presentation skills
 Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
