Responsibilities
1. Develop systematic data collection methods in order to build reliable data sources for concerned Departments.
2. Maintain, cleanse, and optimize data sources to ensure high data integrity and availability.
3. Apply data classification to facilitate and standardize reporting.
4. Initiate Special Analysis Reports and studies that reflect Sales and Marketing Information Analysis points of view.
5. Provide concerned departments with the requested reports using the latest available techniques.
6. Provide internal customers in MIS "Management Information Systems" with the list of eligible subscribers to certain offers.
7. Set up SMS broadcasts to subscribers with given criteria and schedules.
8. Conduct pre offer studies to locate segments of subscribers, spot market opportunities and possible chances and risks.
9. Conduct post offer studies to monitor, evaluate running/ finished offers.
10. Prepare yearly revenue budget template, gather all the necessary inputs from Marketing Department and apply logical evaluation to issue yearly revenue budget.
11. Build and implement Data warehouse physical architect.
12. Build and develop ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) process by using Oracle Data Integrator.
13. Build, and Develop Business Intelligence Repositories, Dashboard, Analysis, KPIs, Reports and Filters based on business requirements using OBIEE (Oracle Business Intelligences Enterprise Edition) and other available tools.
14. Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
15. Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and team work.
16. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.

Qualifications
1. Education: Bachelor degree in Computer Science/ IT Engineering.
2. Experience: 1 Year of Commercial Experience in Telecom is a plus.
3. Professional Certification: Oracle SQL Expert , Oracle OCA , Oracle OCP, Oracle Data Integrator Implementation Specialist, ICDL are a plus.
