Responsibilities
-Support all AAH premises in Aleppo Working Space are secure accomplishing with the safety rules as AAH guidelines.
-Support in the administration and update of the Hibernation and First Aid kit stock.
-Ensures that the working space has the adequate safety equipment (fire extinguishers, lights, etc.)
-Elaborates all the Travel Request and movement plans.
-Ensures that all the Working space car units have the adequate tools and equipment.
-Follows up in the fuel consumption of the car unit and identifies solutions in timely manner.
-Act as support driver when needed.
-Arrange the accommodation of the staff visiting.
-Support in create the procurement requirements.
-Support in the collection of signatures of all logistics documentation.
-Report any incident or context change in the Aleppo.
-Ensures that all the stationary and catering materials are available at all time.
-Execution of all the Logistic expanses.

Qualifications
-2 years Experience in driving.
-Languages:Arabic / English.
-Basic computer skills.

- Active driving / Valid Driving License / Syrian Roads.
