Responsibilities
*Build and lead a team of IT professionals to deliver and support IT services
*Assist in determining the appropriate level of resource allocations to achieve results on a cost-effective and timely basis
*Seeks out new methods to continually improve IT processes, to make them more efficient and less costly and time consuming.
*Sets goals and initiatives that align with the business vision, mission and strategy of the bank
*Implement project governance to ensure successful delivery of projects
*Implements enterprise technology standards and performance metrics to ensure that delivers value to the enterprise in a “best practices” framework
*Creates and manages annual operating and capital budgets, as an integral part of the bank budget, to ensure consistency with overall strategic objectives
*Collaborate with the various business stakeholders to analyses immediate and long-range needs
*Drives innovation and creative solutions to meet businesses needs

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required preferably in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business or related field, or equivalent work experience
Master’s degree in business administration preferred
Significant ongoing involvement in technology/information systems industry/trade organizations or comparable programs so as to demonstrate current technical expertise and trend awareness

Specific Vacancy Requirements
•Demonstrated experience creating effective teams and leading a team of information technology specialists in support of a financial services business
•Successful experience with business process improvement and service outsourcing; experience with the complexities involved in changing processes and implementing new technologies, and the resulting impact on people and the organization
•At least 07 years of experience in banking information technology with a minimum of 5 years in technology leadership position; at least 3 years of management experience in applications development and implementation (both custom-developed and packaged)
•Familiarity or experience with the following systems is preferred:
o SQL, Relational database
o CRM
o Microsoft Sharepoint
o Omni channels (ATM, mobile, internet) technologies
o Cybersecurity risks
o API, micro-service, AI and others
o ITIL, COBIT standards
• Leadership skills .
• Communication skills.
• Team building.
• Work under pressure
