Responsibilities
• Work with communities and partners to assess the water network, sanitation and rehabilitation needs of potential villages and neighborhoods.
• Develop BOQs and specifications for contractors taking into consideration access issues for men, women, boys and girls, and people with disabilities.
• Propose additional facilities as required by the villages and neighborhoods residents to meet MOWR and shelter and WASH sector guidelines.
• Supervise the work of the contractors, ensuring the quality, accuracy and efficiency of the work.
• Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports and support to the Supervisor

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, drinking water Stations specialist is an asset
• At least 3 years’ experience performing similar tasks
• Technical background or experience working with drinking water pumping stations and sanitation projects is an advantage.
• Good communication , interpersonal and coordination skills sensitive to the cultural environment
• Good computer skills
• Ability and willingness to work and travel under hardship conditions
• Be culturally sensitive , friendly and caring
• English skills an advantage
