Qualifications
BA in accounting or finance.
MBA and/or relevant professional qualification in accounting (e.g. Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Accountant, International Financial Reporting Standards diploma).
MBA and/or relevant professional qualification in accounting (e.g. Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Accountant, International Financial Reporting Standards diploma).

Ability to analyze the risk related to the applications / files and provide approval to proceed.

Ability to maintain compliance with the operational policies and requirements in order to enforce sound banking operations at branch level.
Ability to identify potential errors and irregularities and enforce the policies related to their prevention.
Ability to identify business development opportunities and strategies then suggest new ideas.
Ability to use a wide range of resources to solve key organizational and strategic issues.
Ability to clearly plan potential tasks, activities & timeline to meet department/Branch objectives
