Responsibilities
-Follow up finance reports and validate it after checking the documents and compare with Excel sheets.
-Making monthly expenses forecasts.
-Organised and make secure fund transfers to supply the cash.
-Follow up and supervise the projects budget.
-support the Administration Coordinator in the management and provide an updated of the Financial Management Tool as a draft.
-Budget forecast in close coordination with the budget holders.
-Analyse possible under and over expenditures, suggesting possible solutions to the team and implementing them together with the Log and program Team.
-Support in ensuring the proper application and adherence to rules and regulations.
-Check contracts to ensure their compliance to AAH and Syrian requirements (payment modalities, tax obligations, etc.)
-Maintain a contract tracker for the payments, obligations, due dates and be on top of the contract management.
-Ensure compliance with the laws and government requirements
-To be in charge to keep track of any communicated documents with bank and keep a copy of said documents in separate folder.
-Support the preparation of the monthly payroll to be sent to the Admin/Fin Coordinator for validation.
-Support in the preparation of audits

Qualifications
-University degree in Accounting/financial management, Bachelor level degree in management, finance, or related field.
-2 years minimum experience in finance related positions.
-experience with NGO is an advantage.

Good communication skills.

-Excellent command of Arabic and English.
