Responsibilities
-Create a system for enhanced information flow and tools for circulate the knowledge within the organization.

-Enhance information and ensure that all information and lesson learned are available in the organization.

- Capacity building for staff and partners.

- Support technical working groups (WASH, Health/Nutrition, Shelter and Settlement) with templates for information review and circulation among support groups.

-Standardize with mission the collection, collation, analysis and sharing of data.

- Develop and implement knowledge management strategy and annual work plan

-Gather, produce and share information across: activities/project/ mission

-Establish channels for program data gathering, storage

- Actively participate with reporting on developments, produce reports and possible rapid responses

-Support needs analysis and its reporting

Qualifications
-Master Degree in International Relations, Political Science, Information sciences or any other relevant field or related degree.

-At least 2/3 years of relevant professional experience.

- 2 years of experience in humanitarian sector./or information management experience,

- Excellent command of Arabic and English.

Specific Vacancy Requirements
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-Strong computer skills and ability to use Microsoft Word Excel, Power Point and Outlook.

-Strong research internet skills.

- Proven working experience using GIS.

- Access and databases software, SPSS, application, ODK software skills desirable.
