- Handle calls and provide support, information, and guidance.
- Present the company services favorably and in a structured professional way.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions.
- Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments and payments.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.

- Excellent command in English (Speaking and Understanding).
