Ensure a proper execution of the sales operation, on the logistics and documentation levels.
Strive to achieve the collection targets through an effective policy in coordination with the sales team.
Manage, coach guide the sales team.
Ensure that Sales Manager is updated about marketing operations, new products, prices and sales methods.
Check sold products through dealing with clients (quantity, prices, efficiency) and participate in setting a yearly budget for his area.
Elaborate the sales forecast and discount targets on the area level.
Set sales targets for each sales person (Techno‐Commercial) after taking into consideration the region and work conditions.
Set in coordination with Sales Manager and within company policy the plan mechanism to achieve targets.
Make queries study, plan for the possibility of opening new markets to be covered by Techno‐Commercials.
Maintain good relations with key accounts within company& policy.
Check all expenses, problems and reviews for sales operations, collection and ensure products arrival on time to point of sales.
Maintain good relations with public and governmental agencies concerned with the agricultural sector, to preserve company interests and positioning.
Prepare reports and notes; provide marketing statistics that contain information on competitors in the market, products prices at all point of sales, regions, availability of products as well as pricing strategy.
Set yearly marketing plan for company products within the general marketing plan.

BS in Agriculture engineering or related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role (experience in Syria market is preferable).
Experience in a supervisory role is a plus.
Fluency in English is needed.
Exemption from Military Service is required
Driving License is needed.
