Responsibilities
1. Coordinate with all concerned entities to gather the needed requirements (technical documents, figures, models and layout drawings) and components of Syriatel facilities (POS, offices, etc.) and critical facilities for drafting their layout design.
2. Prepare 3D layout of sketches and drawings when requested for Syriatel facilities based on field measurements and other information provided by Facility Engineering Section.
3. Prepare isometric and orthographic projections, perspectives & elevations in accordance with Syriatel adopted standards & Specs when requested.
4. Assist in carrying out field surveys to update “As-Built” drawings of all Syriatel facilities by taking appropriate measurements, amending existing drawings and prepare new drawings to illustrate facilities and existing equipment/cabinets/furniture…
5. Carry out all additional detailed works in order to extract details from drawings and produce initial BOQ. “Bill of Quantity” in accordance with Syriatel adopted standards and specifications.
6. Advise for capacity and architecture to improve the space occupancy and report the results to Facility Engineering HOS and FMU HOU.
7. Conduct regular site visit surveys to assist in reporting the progress of any ongoing construction work and reflecting the needed changes to the facility layout drawings & sketches.
8. Check and review technical data provided by contractors.
9. Supervise contractor workshops during and out of working hours.
10. Prepare and provide technical details for the implemented civil and architectural works.
11. Conduct and prepare technical designs for facilities (including critical facilities) in coordination with all related functions in FMU.
12. Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
13. Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and teamwork.
14. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.

Qualifications
1. Education: Diploma in Architecture Engineering is required.
2. Experience: 1-2 Years’ experience in drafting engineering layout design & sketching is required
