Responsibilities
1. Answer incoming Helpdesk calls and provide users with first and second level support.
2. Install and maintain workstation hardware and software, including computers, printers, laptops, peripherals, and terminals.
3. Assist users onsite and as Helpdesk point of contact with hardware, software, and troubleshooting problems.
4. Record calls and work in the Helpdesk System and assign priority codes, accordingly.
5. Prepare reports such as; hardware failure and maintenance, installing or moving hardware, software problems, and provide follow-up status on activities and tasks assigned.
6. Responsible to contribute to the enhancement of customer satisfaction.
7. Responsible for maintaining and continuously improving Quality Management System.
8. Perform any duty or assignment requested by management


Qualifications
1-2 years in installation supporting MS OS and desktop applications/HW, and communication skills.
Diploma
