Responsibilities
- Leading the delivery of audits, some major and/or highly complex, which provide internal customers and stakeholders with critical assessments of the Companies governance, risk and internal control frameworks within the prioritization of IT Audits.
- Providing specialist professional advice on audit findings and recommendations, thus ensuring that they are both fully understood and properly implemented.
- Independently completes analysis, documentation, and reporting in a timely manner and in accordance with Audit Methodology and professional standards.
- Evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of IT and operational processes.
- Manage system development pre-implementation reviews and integration reviews for new acquisitions.
- Design and develop analytical tools to automate the execution of audit activities.
- Set performance goals and sub-projects deadlines that align with the company larger plans.
- Review and check team reports.
- Delegate work to employees, track progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Address problems with work quality, issues between employees and other concerns in an effective, timely manner.
- Ensure employees adhere to company policies and regulations.
- Serve as a link between subordinates and upper management.
- Conduct performance reviews, motivate team members and create strategies to boost productivity.
- Prepare periodic evaluation reports for the team group with observations and suggestions.
-Participate in the preparation of the Human Resources Plan for the Department / section, while contributing to the selection of team members or to the apology of one of its members.

Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree (IT, or related Engineering) required.
- 4 years or more experience in IT auditing or related experience in IT security.
- (CISA)training course attendance certificate is required.
- (CIA, CPA, CMA, CFE) is a plus.
- Understanding of leading risk and controls frameworks and standards such as COSO, COBIT, ITIL, NIST, CIS, etc...
- Management or related field degree or courses are a plus.
- Security audit experience and strong technical skills related to Operating systems, Data bases, Firewall and Network knowledge.
- Understanding of different international cultures on a multi-national audit.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with IS/IT management.
- The ability to apply professional judgement and exercise professional skepticism are pre-requisites for audit quality.
- Strong working knowledge of standard concepts and practices of internal auditing, particularly the Institute of Internal Auditor (IIA)'s Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing and the Information Systems Audit and Control Association's Standards for Information Systems Auditing (ISACA)
- Firewalls, VPN, Data Loss Prevention, IDS/IPS, Web-Proxy and Security Audits.
- Great awareness of cyber security trends and hacking techniques.
- Experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience using collaboration tools, such as SharePoint or Slack.
- Great organizational skills and an eye for detail.
Ability to train employees when needed.
