Responsibilities
-Define the policy, objective, targets, controls, procedures and requirements linked to the company's Information Systems based on robust risk management program.
-Defining, implementing and integrating Network Security, Network Hardware Configuration, Network Protocols, and Networking Standards.
-Configuration or recheck for Firewall, WAF, Network Security device, Routers, Hubs, and Switches.
-Set performance goals and sub-projects deadlines that align with the company's larger plans.
-Delegate work to employees, track progress and provide constructive and destructive feedback.
-Address problems with work quality, issues among employees and other concerns in an effective, timely manner.
-Ensure employees adhere to company policies and regulations.
-Serve as a link between subordinates and upper management.
-Conduct performance reviews, motivate team members and create strategies to boost productivity.
-Prepare periodic evaluation reports for the team group with observations and suggestions.
-Participate in the preparation of the Human Resources Plan for the Department / section, while contributing to the selection of team members.

Qualifications
-5 years experience related to the field of information security.
-Bachelors Degree in (IT, or related Engineering) required.
-Training Courses attendance certificate (CCNP, MCSE, CEH, CISSP or CISM, Security Vendor certifications) required.
-Great experience in Security Solution (WAF, Firewall, Anti-Virus, Anti-Malware, etc..)
-Experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
-Excellent communication and leadership skills.
-Experience using collaboration tools, such as SharePoint or Slack.
-Great organizational skills and an eye for detail.
-Ability to train employees when needed.
-Management or related field degree or courses are plus.
