Responsibilities
Oxfam would like to contract a bakeries consultant that has a broad industrial experience in setting up, running and improving bakery production lines. The consultant will be responsible in reviewing specifications related to the bakery rehabilitation, developing evaluation criteria, support in addressing bidders’ questions and concerns, evaluating bidders’ technical offers based on the developed criteria, preparing technical evaluation report.

Qualifications
 Minimum of 3 years of technical experience working in setting, maintenance and rehabilitation of bakeries, and knowing of what it takes and what are the critical success factors for bread production projects.
 Preferably having experience working with international agencies on bakeries rehabilitation
 BA in mechanical or electrical engineering, and/or certificate from relevant official institutes or bodies.
 Full understanding of state-owned bakeries’ systems.
 Considerable experience in the design, control and optimisation of processes for bakery manufacturing (typically semi / fully automated).
 Sufficient knowledge in Bakery’s’’ machineries and equipment markets.
