Responsibilities
1.STOCK MANAGEMENT
- Respect IMC stock management procedures (records, filling, identification, and storage).
- Respect IMC physical stock management requirements (organisation, cleaning, Ventilation…)
- Respect specific organisational and donor requirements.
- Ensure proper identification and counting of incoming and outgoing stock (quantity, quality).
- Ensure information timely and regular sharing with program to expiry dates of drugs & food, and notify the relevant department three months before expiry date.
- Oversee commodity handling (careful loading, unloading and stacking).
- Separate damaged goods from good ones and report them to manager for investigation.
- Assist in equipment and stock inventory when needed.
2.CARGO AND DISPATCH MANAGEMENT
The Storekeeper will work in collaboration with, and under the guidance of Logistic Supervisor to:
- Prepare all cargo and shipping documents (Delivery Note, etc) to be transported to the programs
- Ensure correct preparation of dispatch
- Prepare Goods Received Notes and QC on goods reception and report any discrepancies
- Ensure safe preparation for dispatch or loading of cargo onto transportation vehicles
3.MISCELLANEOUS DUTIES
The storekeeper will assist with various duties including, but not limited to :
- Locate and hire casual workers (porters/ stevedores) if necessary
- Management of workers and security guards ensure they are trained in proper warehouse practices and conform to IMC commodity management policies and procedures.
- Issue, follow up/track and close PRs/WOs/ CAs. with related filing and reporting
- Responsible to initiate, follow up and close process of disposal and Gift in Kind with related filing and reporting.
- ensure that International Medical Corp operation is compliant to Quality Assurance Methodology adopted by the organisation.
4.REPORTING REQUIREMENTS
- Monthly stock report to Logistics manager.
- Report any additional issues (infection, damaged goods, theft etc.).
- Prepare and submitting the physical balance reports.
- Report files (in and out of goods managed) on ERP system
- Technical support to field staff.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
At least bachelor degree in one of the following field or related: Business/Trade, Supply Chain, and Management.
Experience:
• Field level experience in managing complex warehouse management for INGOs in international development and emergency program.
• Solid project management skills related to organisational development projects.
• Experience of solving complex issues through analysis, definition of a clear way forward and ensuring buy in.
• Solid programmatic, organizational, planning, technical and IT skills (including databases), with a proven ability to work under pressure and solve problems in a fast paced environment;
• Medical background and knowledge in medical logistics is a plus.
• Commitment to and understanding of IMC aims, values and principles.
