Responsibilities
• Manage and control all technical, administrative documents, drawings for the projects;
• Maintain master list of incoming and outgoing documents: such as electronically and hard copy for all active documents;
• Creating easy reference numbering and record forms for all documents for smooth/easy tractability and identification ensuring updates and actions;
• Provide support and assisting other departments in getting necessary documents needed in the project and ensuring proper distribution of documents;
• Follow-up each parties (Contractor/Sub-contractor/Engineers) for timely submissions or approval and ensuring up-dated versions;
• Prepare minutes of the meeting, weekly reports and monthly progress reports during project construction period;
• Authority for the safety storage of all documents, determining location, security, access and prevention of unauthorized changes, retrieval by users;
• Cleanliness, orderliness and good maintenance of the storage area so as to maintain the preservation of all documents for the desired length of time.

Qualifications
• Must be having at least completed 5 yrs in college of Industrial Engineering/Bachelor’s Degree in Administration;
• Must be having at least 1 yrs experienced in engineering/construction most likely in cement plant operation;
• Must be having the knowledge to interpret the process flow diagram of cement plant operation;
• Must be fluent in English language & Arabic.

United Cement Group is a limited liability company, subject of Investment Law no. 10 dated 1991, building its cement plant in Abu Shamat, with a production capacity of 4.5 million tons of cement per year.
United Cement Group is now building the first production line with a production capacity of 2.5 million tons of cement per year.
The project is considered one of the biggest industrial projects in Syria, contributing much in the economic growth of the country, by satisfying the needs of the Syrian cement market, and by turning Syria from an importing to an exporting country of this substance, in addition to providing many working and training opportunities in the labor market.
