-Prepare documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, contracts, proposals and emails in both English and Arabic
-Translate needed documents from Arabic to English and vice versa.
-Manage calendar for Managing Partners.
-Assist in resolving any administrative problems.
-Preform work related researches.
-Maintain office supplies and inventory.
-Handel the office cash transactions, make payments and hand out cash advances.
-Prepare invoices for ongoing projects and follow up on payments.
Hr. Duties:
-Assist in drafting job profiles and ensure that they are compliant to the company standards.
-Ensure that job offers are sent out to candidates in a timely manner as per the company salary scale.
-Participate in the development of any related recruitment policies and procedures.
-Follow up employee attendance and leave applications.
-Maintain employee records and update them regularly.
-Follow up evaluation process.
