Responsibilities
- Develops staffing plan which aims to select and recruit the highest potential staff with the
required knowledge, skills and aptitudes.
- Performs HR needs assessment and annual recruitment plan along with recruitment budgetary planning.
- Defines selection criteria and develops the appropriate selection method and testing tool kit for each position.
- Ensures that recruitment activities are in compliance with governmental regulations and the ABC policies and procedures, and keeps it up to date with current and any updated employment legislation.
- Assessing the effectiveness of the recruitment process against pre‐defined recruitment KPIs.
- Responsible for effective and fast recruitment processes both internally and externally, with optimal adherence to the recruitment procedures.
- Reviews and screens employment applications and prepares interviews files.
- Conducts screening and telephone interviews.
- Conducts skill and intelligence test for the applicants.
- Executes pre‐screening and/or final phone/face to face interviews for junior mid-level posts and supports all parties in concern with the recruitment and assessment issues.
- Responsible for proactive coordination with the department managers for interviews.
- Analyze and evaluate the human resources available in the organization, and to determine how to obtain the kinds of personnel needed to staff positions.
- Manage and analyze the employee losses or Turn Over.
- Manage employees demographics.
- Define the new skill requirements due to anticipated different factors.
- Lead the process of Job Analysis and Job Description writing and updating when needed.
- Assist in development of procedures, processes, and methods for implementing HR planning and performance programs.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's Degree; Human Resources, Business Administration

Specific Vacancy Requirements
Minimum three years of experience in HR practices and Recruitment.
Knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis systems
Adequate knowledge of current Syrian labor laws, regulations and social security
Strong quantitative and analytical skills
Languages Skills
English (V. Good command in reading, writing and speaking)
Computer Skills
V. good knowledge of HRIS, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access) and Outlook.
