Responsibilities
-Support the Log. Coordinator in the security analysis for the mission.
-Update to Log. Coordinator in any security incident in the country.
-Conducts security briefing when needed to all staff.
-Administration and update of the HIBERNATION and First Aid kit stock.
-Management of all the movements and Travel Request at capital level with the correct driver assignation and complete documentation.
-Ensures the adequate usage of the AAH vehicles.
-Ensures that all the Capital units have the adequate tools and equipment.
-Follows up in the fuel consumption of the car unit and identifies solutions in timely manner
-Proper follow up in the insurance and maintenance of the AAH car unit
-Ensures that the Office in Damascus have the adequate maintenance and environment.
-Ensures the adequate administration of the keys, lock doors, windows and security systems in the capital.
-Mission Premises Contract Follow Up administration on monthly basis.
-Inventory control and Travel Request and fuel  report and do the updates on monthly basis
-Manage the staff under his responsibility

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the logistics field management, commercial or economic fields ,Logistics in Humanitarian Field is a plus.
- University graduated in Economics, International Trade or Relationships. Master is a plus.
