Responsibilities
-Develop, lead, and execute purchasing strategies
- Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness

- Draft, review contracts, and modify terms and conditions; express ideas clearly and concisely both orally and in written form
- Determine quantity and timing of deliveries
- work with relevant departments to manage inventory requirement
- develop and manage purchasing budgets and forecasts
- establish and update an approved vendor/supplier database
- creating tenders with deadline and specifications

Qualifications
- MBA at Business administration or Accounting,Engineering mechanical or electrical is preferable or university degree or other related field
- minimum 5 years experience as purchasing manager
- minimum 5 years experience as purchasing manager
