Responsibilities
1. Prepare daily visits schedule based on booked appointments with customers, conduct the visits to sale AD2Z services accordingly.
2. Enter customers’ daily visits information on the related system.
3. Discuss the different aspects of advertising campaign with the customers (panels, Radio, TV, social media, newspaper, etc...).
4. Prepare advertising bundle offers in coordination with sales supervisor and discuss them with customers.
5. Provide customers with the demo of advertisement design samples and obtain their final approval.
6. Search and attract new customers continually.
7. Collect and update customer information such as (address, needs, preferences, their products & services ...etc.) on related system.
8. Follow up all requests and inquiries related to customers to ensure proper handling and timely response in coordination with concerned parties.
9. Follow up customer’s complaints with all details and information to be solved by the concerned Unit/Section.
10. Follow up all remaining invoices related to customers to ensure proper closing in coordination with accounting section.
11. Support the implementation of market surveys
12. Maintain professional relationships with AD2Z customers.
