Responsibilities
1. Coordinate with external suppliers and outsourcing team and mobile & web applications management HOS to set the outsourced projects delivery plan.
2. Monitor the progress of the outsourced projects against the plan and report project progress, risks and issues to mobile & web applications management HOS.
3. Review and justify the deviation of planned vs. actual delivery.
4. Coordinate outsourced projects between all stockholders from Syriatel and suppliers.
5. Coordinate with IT team and supplier team to prepare test and production environments for outsourced projects according to the project’s needs.
6. Follow up analysis phase for outsourced projects with suppliers and business owner.
7. Follow up and monitor development phase for outsourced projects with supplier’s team, and assure implementing the required standard.
8. Follow up testing phase for outsourced projects with supplier’s team, testing team and business owner.
9. Check and confirm all outsourced project deliveries.
10. Build received source code and deploy it on test and production environment
11. Manage production environment of mobile & web applications through installation, configuration, upgrades, patch updates and cloning.
12. Monitor applications services, logs and performance and ensure setting the necessary monitors to identify application abnormal behavior.
13. Report and follow up bugs and approved change requests to concerned business units or providers.
14. Identify, analyze, fix or recommend appropriate solution for emerging mobile and Web applications issues.
15. Review, categorize, initially diagnose, resolve or reassign and follow up incidents reported by users.
16. Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
17. Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and teamwork.
18. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.

Qualifications
1. Education: Bachelor in Information Technology Engineering (Software / Artificial Intelligence) or equivalent is required
2. Experience: 1 Year of Mobile/Web Applications Administration or System/ Networking Administration is a plus
3. Professional Certification: Java SE Programmer /Java EE Application Developer (Latest two versions) / Associate Android Developer Certifications /CWDVA/ CWP are a plus.
