Responsibilities
1. Investigate the compatibility of parameter configurations set at each network element and send the results about parameters effect on network service quality and the interoperability between the various network elements to Head of Section.
2. Categorize new features and parameters according to their area of impact (capacity, quality, utilization, etc.).
3. Update the database that include all existing parameters and features related to all network elements at all levels (radio, core, transport and VAS) and their categorization upon any change
4. Investigate the relationship between the parameters for each network element to ensure they achieve the right equations provided by supplier or resulted from case studies.
5. Provide adequate info about the impact of network features to all concerned entities business wise and recommend solutions.
6. Prepare the scientific logic sequence of parameters and features implementation plan phases and send it to Head of Section.
7. Evaluate the results of implementing parameters and features from network quality assurance perspective and send the results to Head of Section.
8. Prepare a complete report of parameters and features implementation that includes implementation results, comparisons of different phases and recommendations for parameters settings and feature implementation methods.
9. Participate in the troubleshooting of network problems to assure effective implementation.
10. Link researches and case studies with the problems highlighted by Radio/Core Network Quality Assurance reports.
11. Participate effectively with the group formed from the concerned entities to work on the implementation of studies and research starting from preparing the requirements of the feature, throughout the testing phase till completing commercial implementation.
12. Contribute to the assurance of network performance according to the standards and performance indicators’ thresholds adopted by Syriatel.
13. Keep and update the records related to studies and research results and the implementation of network parameters and features.
14. Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
15. Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and team work.
16. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.

Qualifications
1. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Telecom /Networking / Electronic Engineering is required.
2. Experience: 2 Years of Telecom Engineering experience are required.
