1. Categorize submitted resumes according to suitable professional area and eligibility criteria.
2. Create, update candidates’ profiles on the related system by registering CVs’ details, uploading related CVs and defining their sources and avoid any profile duplication.
3. Contact applicants who applied through “Jobs” account and provide guidance and support to apply on Syriatel website.
4. Contact applicants with incomplete applications on Syriatel website to fill their missing data and update their applications accordingly.
5. Contact universities’ graduates as per predefined list, inform them about current and future vacancies and support them to apply on Syriatel website.
6. Support Recruitment Specialist in organizing interview stage in terms of running and correcting English and Computer tests for candidates/applicants, receiving and scanning their documents (CV, Personal ID, family book) and supporting them to fill background details.
7. Conduct reference check with applicant’s previous employers to obtain further details about his/her employment history, educational background, and qualifications for a job.
8. Check sent messages delivery status to applicants when applying on Syriatel website and coordinate with MIS Department regarding undelivered messages.
9. Assist in the preparation of new English and computer tests when needed.
10. Participate in career day’s events and job fairs.
11. Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
12. Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and team work.
13. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.
