1. Update Training Matrix based on business needs and the updates on Departments’ Org Charts or Job Descriptions.
2. Prepare the yearly training plan based on Training Matrix and training needs analysis “TNA” taking into consideration management recommendations in terms of the min & max yearly number of courses/awareness sessions per employee, and update plan on quarterly basis based on concerned department management recommendations.
3. Review and analyze training needs provided by Uppers, provide recommendations and verify eligibility in terms of hiring date, education and training history.
4. Search for and/or coordinate with Procurement Department to search for training providers, revise the provided offers, training details to recommend best provider in line with Training Matrix and training needs analysis.
5. Communicate with selected training providers to obtain needed details about the targeted courses, liaise between concerned Heads of Units and the trainer to further discuss training outlines when needed.
6. Communicate with business owners to get their recommendations and approval on the proposed training materials and follow up implementation.
7. Coordinate with internal trainers and obtain required approvals.
8. Review training course evaluation and provide recommendations when needed.
9. Conduct Training effectiveness to measure Return On Investment (ROI) for selected courses, prepare reports, analyze and provide recommendations.
10. Update Trainers’ database on regular basis.
11. Ensure the proper functionality of Training Systems and Oracle and provide recommendations for enhancement when needed.
12. Prepare related activities’ monthly report and provide Management with recommendations when needed.
13. Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
14.Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and team work.
15.Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.

1. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in HR /Business Administration is required.
2. Experience: 2 Years of HR /Training experience are required, preferably in Telecom.
3. Professional Certification: GPHR (Global Professional Human Resources) is a plus.
