Responsibilities
1. Contribute to the development of the company's Succession Planning Program and Career Development Initiatives though recommending new supporting activities/programs and development tools.
2. Update the succession plan on regular basis and follow up its implementation.
3. Administer psychometric tests for nominated employees and send the results to concerned parties.
4. Prepare Individual Development Plans (IDP) based on psychometric test results and validate results with concerned parties prior the implementation.
5. Follow up the progress of IDPs through regular meetings with the successors of HOSs and concerned uppers as per pre-defined timeframe and update records accordingly.
6. Check the promotion eligibility of nominated employees as per related policy and follow up the promotion process until end of trial period.
7. Update Syriatel Backup list on a timely manner and properly follow up in coordination with concerned HOUs/HOSs.
8. Update Syriatel Skeleton List on a timely manner and properly follow up in coordination with concerned HOUs/HOSs in terms of readiness and relevant training and share with Business Continuity & Risk Management Team.
9. Follow up the progress of employee’s enrolled in Syriatel Education Program.
10. Follow up the implementation of Top Graduates Program including probation evaluation, unit evaluation, monthly meeting, tour implementation and top graduates concerns etc…
11. Coordinate with external and accreditation bodies, agencies and providers that will assist in implementing Talent Management programs and initiatives.
12. Participate in the development of the Syriatel Functional Competencies Dictionary and Matrix in coordination with HCM Planning Section.
13. Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
14. Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and team work.
15. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.


Qualifications
1. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in HR/Business Administration is required.
2. Experience: 1-2 Years of HR Experience is a plus.
3. Professional Certification: GPHR (Global Professional Human Resources) is a plus.
