1. Follow up pending internal requisitions (Material requests), items on Stage and in inspection area with concerned Warehouse HOS/Keeper.
2. Coordinate with the requester to define items requested from different WHs in order to deliver the requisition at the same time and to a certain location.
3. Ensure that all issued materials have been delivered to distribution team & concerned parties.
4. Follow up with distribution team till the delivery of the requested issued items to the concerned requester.
5. Check pending tickets related to item request to ensure the accurate implementation by Warehouse team within a pre-defined timeframe.
6. Handle Warehouse Petty Cash and submit reimbursement request.
7. Handle all issues related to Custody process in the aspect of: Control/transfer & resigned employees clearance.
8. Perform physical Spot-checking for receiving/issuing transactions based on HOU directions.
9. Participate in both physical and on system spot stocktaking, provide related report to HOS.
10. Follow up all requests related to Warehouse operations and prepare related status reports.
11. Follow up updating Materials List on Share point by checking the uploaded pictures of new items & the deleted of the no longer existing ones on a monthly basis.
12. Keep the warehouse clean & organized.
13. Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
14. Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and teamwork.
15. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.
