Responsibilities
1. Coordinate with MIS team on monthly basis in order to load Oracle financial data and billing data as per set allocation rules into site profitability analyses system.
2. Prepare Monthly reconciliation of sites expenses between General Ledger (GL) records and loaded data on sit profitability analyses system.
3. Analyze monthly trend for operational costs pertaining to sites and check for any deviation.
4. Coordinate with accounting team to justify any abnormal transaction upon site expenses analysis and report results to Costing Head Of Section.
5. Summarize the imported data related to Revenue per sites /per products/ and per services, prepare comparative reports and submit to Costing Head Of Section for farther action.
6. Match monthly report of prepaid deferred revenue against Oracle balances and submit to Account Receivable section and Sales & Marketing Information Analysis for further action.
7. Prepare Products/ site Profitability analysis on a quarterly/yearly basis.
8. Analyze raw data related to the monthly payment sheets of government’s revenue sharing and interconnectivity fees and prepare reconciliation with financial records, and report any deviation to the normal processing to Head Of Section
9. Aggregate reports related to the quarterly/yearly Financial Clearing Statements of revenue sharing and interconnectivity fees and submit it to Costing HOS for further action.
10. Prepare monthly reconciliation of revenue sharing related to Value Added Services
(VAS) between the different sources (MIS, Revenue assurance).
11. Archive all regulatory documentations related to financial clearing of revenue sharing & interconnectivity, along with summarizing all regulatory activities on a monthly basis.
12. Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
13. Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and team work.
14. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.

Qualifications
1. Education: Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance is required
2. Experience: 2 Years Costing / Accounting Experience is required
3. Professional Certification: CMA is a plus
