Responsibilities
- Supervision of the Civil and Architectural works ,
- Conduct need and technical assessment for number of schools in rural Damascus
- prepare and finalise assessment sheets and bill of quantity for each school
- Verify the quantity and the quality of the achieved works,
- Works closely with the contractors to overcome all difficulties, and instantly report to project manager all emerged obstacles, challenges and issues.
- Take photos of the achieved rehabilitation works during the project stages
- Monitor the implementation processes and assure that all supplied materials and works comply with the project technical specification and technical offer
- Prepare daily, weekly and as required reports during the project life cycle including before and after photos and reports
- follow up the testing of materials and achieved works as required
- Follow-up the progress of work according to the time plan in the contract and report for project completion percentage
- Prepare and finalize the Good Receive Note to be signed by the contractor and relevant stakeholder
- Prepare the As-built drawings after finishing as necessary
- Report on activities to the Project Manager
- Collect health data from various sources (municipalities, hospitals, clinics, health NGOs, etc.) in order to keep a record of the health situation in the area of intervention
- Directly reports any accidents including field Incidents to the Project Manager
- Draw up operational reports, or any as required.

Qualifications
- Education degree: BSc in Architectural, Civil engineering with proven track record of involvement in technical assessment , need assessment, preparation of BoQ, quantity survey, quality assurance, work plans. project cycle and report writing
- 5 years of experience in similar project
- Experience in supervising daily operations on site
- Good networking ability
- Fluency in Arabic and also in English
