Responsibilities
The warehouse supervisor will oversee and coordinate the daily warehousing activities. He is responsible for maintaining and overseeing inventory and supplies by receiving, storing, and delivering items; securing warehouse; as well as supervising staff.
- Organize and maintain inventory and storage area
- Maintains storage area by organizing floor space; adhering to storage design principles; recommending improvements.
- Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status
- Maintains inventory by conducting monthly physical counts; reconciling variances; inputting data.
- Having cleaning works done right after loading/offloading operations and as needed

Qualifications
-Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or relevant fields
- Proven working experience as a warehouse supervisor
- Willingness to comply with all laws and institutional regulations at all times
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques
- Ability to manage inventory
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
