Responsibilities
1. Contribute in the development of Syriatel advertising image in regards to concepts, layouts and designs.
2. Prepare and update “Pipeline” document to include all current and new projects, check it with Creative and Production Head of Section and send it to concerned parties.
3. Report timely any problem or delay in receiving feedback/layout to Creative and Production Head of Section.
4. Responsible for discussing, creating and communicating the creative brief with advertising agency or with Graphic Designer/Motion Pictures Specialist.
5. Set initial concept under the approved theme or umbrella and include it in the creative brief that will be shared with production team
6. Review, evaluate and discuss received submission from Graphic Designer/Motion Pictures Specialist with Creative and Production Head of Section and suggest needed revision or enhancements.
7. Ensure that resized layouts are approved and signed from project owner/ Communication Head of Unit / Marketing and Sales Director before proceeding with producing all needed media plan.
8. Update daily advertising status table with all communications done concerned party.
9. Receive printing specifications of the artwork from Graphic Designer and send them to printing suppliers.
