Responsibilities
Job Specialty: Administration of the Search Development laboratory.
1. Planning, organizing, directing and full supervising of the Search Development Lab.
2. Supplying with the scientific references, and subscription to the advanced search centers and university reviews in view to supply the modernist knowledge necessary to reinforce the search projects of the company.
3. Adopting an organized method to collect the documented information in view to determine the market needs and the concerned authorities.
4. Suggesting the cooperation contracts with the Search Centers and the Local Universities.
5. Maintaining the best cooperation relationship with the Health Ministry and its controlling authorities.
6. Participating at the elaboration of the cooperation basis with the giving the Franchise companies, if any.
7. Suggesting what is necessary to make available all new matters as Search Development equipment, such as: Sets and Programs.
8. Suggesting the search and development plans and evaluating their characteristics and privileges.
9. Acting to develop the product formula, the lab batch preparation so as their control and evaluation.
10. Elaborating and adopting the raw materials specifications, those of filling and packaging ones, intermediate products, bulkandfinish product.
11. Preparing the product registration file.
12. Preparing the masterbatch file and following up its modernization and development.
13. Reviewing, amending and ameliorating the Co. products and taking part to solve problems occurring during the processing, filling and packaging.
14. Acting to study the Production line capacity increasing and reduce the wastes.
15. To ensure that the new search project or an existing product development, including tests, trails and analytical measures, the calibration of control is carried out and documented.
16. To ensure that the necessary training of personnelis carried out to accomplish the tasks requested from them.
17. To monitor and control of the manufacturing environments and to take care of plant hygiene and to implement studies to evaluate the lab accomplishment and to reduce wastes.

Qualifications
Master in Pharmaceuticals Industry
An experience not less than 3 years in the field of R&D of the Pharmaceutical Products.
An experience not less than 3 years in the field of R&D of the Pharmaceutical Products.
