erform daily tasks and checkup, and prepare periodic reports to the head of IT.
• Installing, configuring and upgrading end users operating systems and software, using primarily standard application practices.
• Installing, configuring, assembling and repairing computers, monitors, network infrastructure, cameras and peripherals such as printers and related hardware.
• Install, configure, operate, troubleshoot and upgrade all network equipment
• Monitoring LAN and WAN communication (TCP/IP, routing, switching…).
• Ensure strict security policy according to company standards.
• Assists in diagnosing and resolving recurring issues and faults as needed
• Troubleshooting and solving hardware and software problems.
• Full 24/7 availability for any emergency issue related to the network.
• Instructing users on new or upgraded computer applications and hardware.
• Communicating effectively with co-workers, subordinates, superiors, and others sufficient to exchange or convey information.
• Techniques for explaining technical concepts and procedures for non-technical users
• Maintain and support all Hardware / Software problems at remote offices, providers, and risk carriers through telephone first level support, remote assistance if needed, and finally by scheduling an on-site visit in very demanding situations.
• Collecting information needed to keeping up-to-date a Hardware / Software inventory database, as well as maintaining this database;
• PBX Monitoring and configuring.

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology “IT” or any related field.
• Minimum 2 Years of experience.
