1. Provide information on Syriatel offered services and receive customers inquires, and handle their complaints in coordination with promoters.
2. Participate in promoting the offered Syriatel services in ICT center.
3. Coordinate with concerned for collecting payments from customers.
4. Create an outstanding customer experience.
5. Coordinate with concerned parties to avoid any incident, shortage in materials or needed maintenance, and Report issues to the ICT HOS.
6. Report any system requirement and provide HOS with suggestions for enhancement.
7. Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
