• prepares the relevant monthly and yearly attendance reports;
• Maintain staff records and ensures the supporting documents are provided;
• Arranges appointments, assists in making travel authorization and security
- Support planning and implementation of area-based strategies and action plans.
• Assist the data collection of socio-economic indicators for an adequate situation analysis in the target areas and provide basic research input to feed into area-based planning processes, reports, and other documents.
• Assist the formulation of project proposals and area work plans through relevant data collection and identification of potential implementing partners and implementation modalities.
• Follow up on the implementation of the area-based projects/initiatives and provide weekly and periodic reports to the area manager
• In close coordination with the Field Team, follow up with the implementing partners (NGOs, CBOs, stakeholders…) and beneficiaries on the day-to-day implementation processes.
• Assist the development of monthly and ad-hoc financial and programme reports reflecting the achievements and challenges in the target area of operation
• Prepare the logistics and administrative arrangements for trainings, missions, and other events.
- Provide administrative, financial and logistics support to the area-based operations.
• Prepare procurement notices including Request for Quotation, Request for Proposal and Purchase Orders according to rules and regulations
• Ensure bills and invoices are timely and efficiently submitted for requests for direct payments
• Prepare Requests for Direct Payment for the Area Manager clearance and approval and follow up on the payments issuance to the vendors.
• Provide logistics and administrative support to all missions taking place in the governorate (including monitoring and evaluation, assessment, mapping and exploration missions)
• Ensure that organization finance and procurement rules and regulations are respected during the implementation of the project;
• Ensure that all projects and initiatives programme and financial records are well kept and easily retrieved for management and audit purposes
• Keep records of all office assets and prepare end of year inventory report
• Conduct regular field visits to Raqqa.
• Perform other actions as requested by the supervisor.

2 years of relevant work experience, good performance record in supporting Administrative and Financial Management activities is essential.
