Responsibilities
• Ensure SIF external positioning at field level in the respect of SIF values and legal rules
• Represent SIF within the designated area of intervention towards any relevant stakeholders – local, national and international partners, local authorities, in order to facilitate the implementation of project’s activities, when assigned with supervisor manager.
• Participate actively in the different coordination forums in the designated area of intervention (coordination meeting, clusters, working groups);
• Facilitate and participate in donor and meetings and field visits upon request from the Head of Mission or relevant coordination team;
• Circulate key outcomes of attended meetings; workshops etc. to relevant team members and coordination levels;
• Ensure that the implementation and development of projects in designated area is in line with SIF global mandate and policies, as well as SIF country strategic operational framework
• Implement SIF security policy at field level, provide feedback to security focal point in coordination as much as necessary and propose action to be implemented to keep safety at all time.
• Ensure, with the support of Logistics team from Damascus coordination office that SIF procedures are implemented and respected regarding the sub- office & equipment management, procurement & stock management, transport & vehicle management.
• Plan and follow up the expenses and the budget of the implemented projects using the financial tools set for this purpose in coordination with the finance department at Damascus coordination office.
• Ensure strict application and respect of the Internal Regulations & HR procedures by the staff on the sub- office in coordination with the HR department at Damascus coordination office.



• Lead the provision of regular reporting on SIF activities in designated area to your line manager upon standard schedule and upon his/her solicitation.
• This is not a restrictive list of duties, relevant task can be added upon request by the line manager


Qualifications
• Minimum six years of supervening or staff managing in field
• Minimum Bachelor Degree or equivalent – Master degree is preferable
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, Arabic & English
• Very good computer skills with the full office package (full working capacities with word and Excel)
• Previous experience (Field, Project, Admin, Log) is mandatory
• Previous security management experience
• Previous Reporting experience
• Proven representation experience
