Responsibilities
• Receive, check and validate supply requests (SRs).
• Ensure all relevant and needed documents are attached to each SR.
• Follow up the closing of each SR as per ICRC procedures.
• Responsible for a proper filing and achieving the SRs.
• Follow up the procurement process to ensure a smooth functioning of the Supply Chain process.
• Maintain and update SR Data Base.

Qualifications
• Technical degree in logistics or administration
• 3 years previous experience in supply-chain or logistics department.
• Knowledge of enterprise resource planning software an asset.
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English
• Good computer skills

The ICRC also visits people detained and helps them to stay in contact with their families. This service is also provided to families separated as a result of the fighting.
