1. Administration:
• Maintain appropriate administrative filing, records and archiving
• Maintain proper physical and computer files to enable easy retrieval of information
• Ensure that there is appropriate accommodation and furniture for both office and residential needs and that there is a valid lease contract
• Follow up on contracts between Tdh-Italy and other parties.
• Follow up on, and archiving correspondence between Tdh-Italy and other parties.
• Provide support to the office in all other administrative matters.
2. Human Resources:
• Ensure that all staff have valid contracts and job descriptions
• Process staff working advances, loans and salary advances
• Calculate staff benefits/ compensations /reimbursement packages
• Assist in the recruitment process of new staff
• Maintain HR records, including staff lists, staff files and the leave register; review staff training needs
• Ensure compliance with local labour law regulations on all staff matters; liaise with the Ministries of Labour and Finances, as requested
• Prepare monthly payroll, and make sure all the taxes payment and social security payments are being processed appropriately.
• Provide support to the office in all other HR matters

• Bachelor degree in a relevant field
• At least 2 years of experience in the field of HR/Administration
• Good command in English and MS package
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
