Responsibilities
1. Perform Oracle EBS administration and maintenance tasks including patching, creating backup and recovery strategies, upgrading, performance tuning/optimization of Oracle EBS systems to ensure availability, integrity, stability, security and optimum performance.
2. Perform maintenance of the multi-node e-Business Suite environment, manage and administrate Concurrent Managers, Concurrent Programs, Request Sets, Request Groups, Workflows, and troubleshooting Workflow Mailer/Notification issues.
3. Conduct proactively monitoring , testing, and reporting on Oracle EBS system integrity, security, and compliance measures
4. Evaluate critical Oracle EBS security issues (content, internal controls, access levels, etc.) and make recommendations, such as disaster recovery plans and upgrades to new versions of Oracle EBS.
5. Conduct secure deployment of ERP Database & application’s files changes on Oracle EBS production system and ensure Changes has been tested successfully on test environment.
6. Coordinate with concerned parties to ensure that appropriate contingency and continuity procedures are applied for Oracle EBS and regularly tested.
7. Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
8. Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and team work.
9. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.

Qualifications
1. Education: Bachelor degree in Computer Science/ Software Engineering/ Information Systems/ IT is required.
2. Experience: 2 years of ERP Experience is required.
3. Professional Certification: OCP – DBA / OCA- DBA is a plus.
